Pilot Marketing Sdn Bhd was established in June 1999 before expanding to JB in January 2000. In 1999, Pilot Marketing was selected by Amalgamated Batteries Manufacturing (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd to be the Sole Distributor of "BOACH" batteries.

"BOACH" batteries are made by a factory that has been certified by ISO 9002 : 1994 certification and is also registered under UKAS. Pilot Marketing now exports "BOACH" batteries to South Africa, Austria, New Zealand, Europe, Singapore as well as the Middle East Country.

Pilot Marketing Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Pilot Construction Sdn Bhd, an established construction company in Malaysia specializing in Industrial Buildings. Pilot Construction Sdn Bhd is one of the few construction companies in Malaysia recommended by international clients worldwide for their civil construction work.
